What it does

Need help managing a project? ub-Project brings the work, the people, the costs, and the records together in one app you can run from your phone.

The Account Owner creates and manages projects, then invites employees and subcontractors to participate for free. Each person sees and works with the tasks assigned to them, while the Account Owner maintains the overall view of the project.

AI helps turn the work into a usable project plan. It can help identify the trades required for each task, summarize the task details, and develop a more complete scope of work that can be used when requesting pricing from subcontractors.

As the project moves forward, labour, materials, receipts, photos, and costs can be recorded where they belong. Before-and-after photos can be attached to the overall project, an individual task, or even a specific labour or material cost. Receipt photos can be read with AI assistance to help capture the information without manually re-entering every detail.

The numbers come together live as the project progresses, giving the Account Owner an up-to-date view of project costs rather than waiting until the job is finished to find out where the money went.

ub-Project isn't limited to construction or build projects. Inspection projects can also be created to organize and run your company's quality-control processes using the same task, evidence, assignment, and reporting approach.

When the work is complete, the project information can be exported for your accounting system or accountant.
